Our Policies

    1. A  MASK IS REQUIRED WHILE FACE-UP DURING YOUR SESSION. IT MAY BE REMOVED ONCE YOU ARE FACE DOWN. A valid credit card is required to reserve your massage appointment and a 24 hour cancellation notice. A fee equal to half of the session will be charged if less than 24 hours is given. No Call/No Shows will result in full amount of service being charged. If your card is unable to be charged, you will no longer be allowed to book and any future services will be cancelled.  Please arrive at least 15 min early prior to your appointment to ensure that you will receive the full amount of your service. Late arrivals will be still be charged the full amount of scheduled service. Emergencies will be evaluated by the owner on a case by case basis.
    2. We are aware that certain payment options may be displaying "free shipping" during the checkout process. We are currently unable to offer free shipping on any products at this time. If you receive this message during checkout, please send an email to: lakitalifestyleco@gmail.com letting us know which platform you have used, so that we can email a separate invoice to cover your cost of shipping. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
    3. We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Be sure to check your email immediately to receive any communications and shipping updates. Please check your spam folder as well.
    4. We freeze our products prior to shipping to ensure that your order arrives as fresh as possible. We currently ship using priority shipping, which takes between 2-3 days to receive depending upon which state you may live in. Some thawing may occur. This is the most selected option for many of our customers; however, we recommend choosing overnight shipping for your order to remain in the best condition upon receipt.
    5. Please refrigerate or freeze your products immediately upon receipt, especially the sea moss gels. The sea moss gels are highly perishable. We are not responsible for items that may be left in your mailbox past the expected delivery window.
    6. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
    7. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept refunds.
